Data collected through automatic means
Information collected online includes data obtained through automatic means as well as personal information that the customer enters manually.
Data automatically collected during the use of the Platform will be used solely for statistical purposes and to ensure the correct operation of the online store. Some of this data includes, for example, the pages the customer views on the website, information about the type of browser, the customer's IP address, among others.
Cookies
The Incalpaca online store uses Google Analytics, a tool that employs temporary files created on each browsing device – known as "cookies" – to store information for different purposes. These include identifying customer purchase preferences – such as recently viewed categories and products – and storing products the customer wishes to purchase in their shopping bag.
Personal information provided by the customer
Users may enter their details to subscribe to the website, accepting the receipt of promotional information from Incalpaca.
To make a purchase, the Customer must register their personal details – in case they have not previously created an account – to complete their Purchase Order. The personal information required for registration includes their full name, National Identity Document (DNI)/Foreigner's Card (CE)/Unique Taxpayer Registry (RUC), gender, date of birth, telephone number, address, district, province, and department. These fields may vary depending on the country of residence of the Customer.
Additionally, depending on the selected payment method, details such as credit card number, expiration date, and security code may be collected.
Use of the information collected online
The collection of information through the Platform serves three main purposes:
• To correctly process and validate the Purchase Order.
◦ To establish timely communication with the Customer to provide the necessary support in case of any issues.
• To keep the Customer updated regarding products, services, campaigns, offers, or other marketing actions carried out by the brand.
To provide the Customer with a secure purchasing process, the Company has an agreement with an external online payment service provider.
Customer-provided data will be shared with the provider exclusively for service provision purposes, including payment processing and transaction validation through an anti-fraud system, aiming to minimise the risk of identity theft of cardholders.
By making a payment via "Credit Card Payment," the Customer authorises the confidential processing of their information by the provider. Personal data, credit card details, and purchase information are encrypted during transmission, ensuring protection.
Customer Rights
By registering their personal data on the Platform, the Customer expressly consents to the Company using it for the purposes described in this policy. This information can be edited to ensure the correct processing of future purchase orders.
If the Customer wishes, they can opt out of receiving marketing emails from the brand. To do so, they must contact sales@incalpaca.com. Messages related to account usage and/or other administrative notifications may only be discontinued if the account is deleted, for which the Customer must communicate their decision via email.
The Company reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy. However, any changes will be made in accordance with applicable legislation and always prioritising the protection of personal data and customer satisfaction.
